Programmes

For Anyone
Personal training can be offered for all ages from adolescents through to pensioners and although normally done on a one to one basis can be tailored for friends, groups or couples.  Programmes can be created for times to suit and within a time span to suit each person.   Programmes can also be combined with workouts at home or other public areas as appropriate.

Weight Management Advice
Tigerfit will cover the principles of healthy eating and weight management in relation to exercise, offering nutritional advice in an exercise context.  This will include guidance to healthy food and nutritional planning.

Specific Goals
Personal training programmes can be created to help work towards specific goals or to improve performance within a certain sport or activity.  These focus on increasing fitness levels and strength  to achieve the fitness needed as well as focusing on reducing the likelihood of injury.  This can range from running a Race for Life race or more ambitious projects such as climbing Everest Base camp or Kilimanjaro!
