About the Trainer
Blandine is a fully qualified personal trainer, level 3 and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
Over a period of 15 years, while raising her four children, Blandine became increasingly involved in exercise from running long distances and long distance road cycling to playing racket sports, mountain biking, aerobic classes and trekking in high altitude - Blandine climbed Everest Base Camp in 2009.
Her experience is complimented by a passion to drive others to succeed
