"Training with a personal trainer was not something I had considered was for me even though I was often miserable about my shape and size, however having tried to lose weight (that stayed off) for over three years I had to try something different. I was 46 and had never been to a gym on exercised regularly.

I am so glad that I made the decision to find help and advice. I increasingly enjoyed my sessions and am proud of myself for achieving things I had never even considered! I would recommend Blandine to anyone, any age and fitness level because she respects each individual and their needs.
Blandine listened to what was important to me and told me honestly what I could expect, she is sensitive and genuinely wants to help people to take control of their well being, to look and feel their best. I felt comfortable asking even the most trivial questions confidently knowing I was taken seriously. I found her advice to be accurate and beneficial.
During our first session Blandine assessed my fitness level before she wrote my programme, we then agreed upon a realistic target which, for me was to be able to run fairly comfortably for 30 minutes without having to stop. We met three times a week until i achieved this, which is an incredible achievement for me. In under eight months i had lost about 12lbs without dieting at all, but more importantly my body shape and tone changed so that I was happy wearing clothes that had been put away for several years or more.  My energy levels are better than they have been at all in my adult life and i no longer have aching joints or back pain which had been severe at times.

Although my weight has stayed the same for almost two years now and I now enjoy using a gym we try to meet up occasionally because I miss my weekly training sessions and I benefit from the encouragement!"

"Blandine has been my fitness trainer for the past 18 months and in that time I have become a fitter and stronger person physically and mentally. To date my biggest achievement has been completing the London to Brighton bike ride in 4 hours 10 minutes in June 2012 with Blandine and 2 friends.

We train every Monday morning, it defiantly sets you up for the week ahead!

We go out bike riding in the Surrey country side and climb the many hills in all weathers. I have now just started to do some running so watch this space. We also fit in a core and fitness programme on the weights in her gym.

As a active 45 year old my aim was to achieve all of the above, but I knew I would never have achieved this by myself but with Blandine's help she has given me the motivation and determination to succeed. Yes it is hard work but it has been worth it in the end!
